Ripoff, decieving con-artists, it should be illegal

I received a phone call saying I won a trip for filling out some form (which I did not). I called this toll free number they gave me, cause I was the naive one thinking I won something, I never win anything! This guy says congratulations and said he wanted to ask me a few question first (survey). Then he so unpolitely cuts me off and hangs up on me. Not one word about the trip I supposedly won.
