Interrogation, not Customer Service

This place has the worst customer service ever, and what is most shocking is that the owner of the agency provided it! I asked whether there were any flight specials and she ignored me to set up a customer profile. When I asked if I could inquire without providing all my personal information, she said she doesn't want to waste her precious time serving me if I wasn't going to do business. Then she refused to answer any further questions except to ask my details. It was like an interrogation and as a customer I did not need to feel lectured upon how you do business so I walked out. No wonder they never have customers inside the store.
