Harassing scam to take your money

Paid the inital fee to go on the vacation found out that was not able to follow through cancelled my package and forwent my initial payment t0 them. (cancellation fee) Now they are still trying to collect the balance.. Do they really think people can afford this. Good Luck SCAM Artist.
