Cheap long distance rates

A company selling cheap long distance rates to European country. I do not speak their language, have asked them to remove my number from their distribution list over a DOZEN times, and they still continue to call, sometimes several days in a row. THIS IS HARASSMENT!!! Can someone please make them stop?!
