After awaiting a response to my refund request I was told it was too late for a refund. I had sent photos of the pitiful gift basket to a representative of the company and followed up twice for the status of my refund request. With no response, I once again engaged their on-line chat customer service where I was told they would not investigate and I could not escalate. Pitiful basket... even worse customer service.
