Graduation Photo's

I have had the worst experiences with Lifetouch in Victoria. My first set of University graduations photos were terrible and when I scheduled re-take photos at their studio they called me two hours before my appointment to inform me that they didn't have the robe or collars there that day! Pretty hard to take a Grad photo without those don't you think? I had my Mom in from out of town and I live a good hour and a half away from the studio, to cancel on me with such short notice ruined my whole day and Mom's trip. I booked with another company and will never recommend or use Lifetouch myself again.
