Heather Collins once again has bad dealings with bull terriers

A month or so ago I was looking for a bull terrier puppy or adult. I contacted Heather Collins from an add on Kijiji. It is a long story as Heather Collins is very hard to deal with and I could not get a straight answer to what she had for sale. She then found out about the Bull terrier female I already had and she started to try to get me to trade her for one of her dogs. Then it became 3 of her dogs for my one dog which oviously seemed very strange for someone who claims to be a respectable breeder of more than 20 years. She is a very pushy woman who does not care what other people want or think. When we talked about this deal she wanted me to send my dog to her first with her reg papers and all, but I did not agree to this as I did not know her. Then my friend told me to google her so I did and found her on this website for several complaints about her dogs bad temperaments, and one that had been riped of thousands of dollars for dogs heather sold them with terrible health problems and dogs that did not match papers or what Heather had told them they where getting. So of course now I will not deal with her for my dog to trade.

Just last week I broke my ankle and have to sell that same dog Heather wated me to trade for 3 of her dogs. As soon as I posted the add I got an email from Heather about her. She wated to buy her now for 2, 400 which is what I asked for her. She wanted me to ship her the next day which I could not do due to my ankle and also I would not be able to get the full payment by that time. So we picked a day wed the 22st of july/2009 to ship the dog and Heahter put a 400.00 deposit to hold her until that day which is what all deposits are for. To hold an animal until the agreed day to ship. If payment is not made in full by that day the deposit is null and void if it is the buyers fault that payment in full was not made. Heather did not complete the agreement to pay for the dog in full, I had to cancel shipping 2 times as she came up with excuses, first was her server was out and then she missed the bank my 5 minites, which is not my problem. I was selling the dog because I can not care for her and she knew that I wanted her gone. But she kept up the same thing as before asking me questions and trying to delay payment of the dog until the shipping day I believe to get me to ship the dog before being paid. I have many emails from her to prove she did not pay for the dog and that I tried many times to get this deal done. After canceling shipping 2 times I am done with her and she will loose her deposit as she did not pay for the dog that I held her for 9 days more than I wanted to. Now Heather is threatining me to say I riped her off for the deposit and is trying to say my dog has some tail chasing disorder which she does not have at all.

This woman is trouble so please do not deal with her, if you dont do things her way she is mean, bossy, demanding and now trying to make my name like hers.
If you search her name and mine you will see I do not have any complaints except hers if she in deed does put me here to try to force me to give her deposit back which I will not no matter what. She waisted my time and stessed me and my family and I will not be pushed around or threatened.

I believe she was trying to get my dog for free and couldnt do it as I was on to her. I can prove all I say and she can not, ask her for proof my dog has any problems. She is just doiing this to try to make me give her deposit back.deposits as we all know are non refunadable if it is not the senders fault they where not shipped or they where not recieved. It was not my fault she did not pay for the dog or she changed her mind. She is a terrible person to deal with so beware people and becareful buying bull terriers.
