Do not respond to complaints or issues

When provided bad service this company refuses to respond to follow-up, complaints or messages. We have left them many messages and even emailed the three principals directly but there has been no response whatsoever. They also drive dangerously on the road which endangers your staff. The emails of the owners are on their website but they will not respond. Never work with them or give them any money in advance. Do not fall for the trap. As well, check for several references. I am certain they do not have any. We failed to take this step.
