Rollies International Never recieved Orde

I placed an order with this company on Jan 7 2011. My payment was deducted from my card on Jan 8. It is now March 30th and I have heard nothing from these people. I have e-mailed and called many times (left messages) and still no repsonse. My order is showing on line as "active". My order was basic but even if it was out of stock I would expect to be notified after this much time and/or have a refund.

Do not do business with the company if you expect to recieve the products you pay for or have any sort of customer service at all. They claim they are a two man operation and things will take time, but they also give time frames and expectations that they clearly have no concern about meeting.

Maybe because of the nature of the product and the difficutly of enforcing commerce from other countries they believe they can do what they want. Either that or that just don't give a d*mn. Not to mention they are probably using their own products far too regularly.

Do not support this poor excuse for a business!!
