I'm being billed twice

I mailed them a cheque for the amount that I owed them. The cheque was cashed, but then I received another invoice from them saying I owed them money! I have the bank statement to prove when the withdraw from my account was made!

I still have to call their Customer Service Line, but this is really irritating.
