I received a letter and a check declaring that I am the winner of the NORTH AMERICAN LOTTERY GAME held on sept. 30th. 2007. I was instructed to cash the $40, 000 check and pay $2950 to for the applicable surcharges/gov.taxes dues on the winning. I am to pay $2950 "directly" to the tax agent. I am advised to contact the claim agent CHRIS CHAMBERS 1-416-897-3518. After the winnings is processed I will be sent a final check a lump sum payment of $36, 049.25DOLLARS this amount will be sent to you and delivered by UPS OR FEDEX. MR.
