Norm King is a scammer!

Hi,

I recently rented a condo from a fellow called Norm King in Vancouver (Spectrum Building). I made a basic mistake and haven't done my homework on the fellow, but he turned out to be a total crook. He's deal is that he will ask you for a security deposit (in my case $300) which you will never see back. I gave him a cheque since he seemed a bit doggy to me and he went ahead and cashed it right away (when I say that I literraly mean he cashed it the first they we were in the condo). Unfortunately, I realized it after I gave him back the keys and later tried to have him return the money with no success.

Next time I will be smarter!
