This women is really a piece of work. Kathy Van Gogh had a listing for a condo rental on craigslist Vancouver.
I decided that was the condo that I was going to rent from Jan 17th, 2007 Until March 31st, 2007.
She told me that I had to deposit $3000.00 cash into her and her husband Paul's bank account which I did. This was to be the rent for the two weeks in January and All of February and March of 2007.

I then arrive in Vancouver and the women meets me at the airport, (she's good) I am in the condo two night's she then comes on the Friday and drops me off at the grocery store which I might add is 11 blocks from the condo (another lie as she said it was close to all ammenities). Later that day, someone is banging on the door and then proceeds to open it with the key, much to my surprise Her is Kathy Van Gogh with a "brute" she tells me I have to get out and proceeds to pack my stuff including my food. She gives me back $1800.00 out of my $3000.00 was that not nice of her, $600.00 a night for the Van Gogh Condo... I then arrive at a hotel and call the police. They file a report and tell me what she has done is illegal but I did the right thing in leaving as she had the "brute" there for intimidation. An hour later she has the condo back on Craigslist. She will not give me my money back and I am out of pocket for the rent she owes me, my hotel costs, my plane ticket home, my food that was ruined, my food at the hotel, my change of address (times 2) she also has my camera charger which I had to replace.

I have asked her nicely for my money, she know has resulted to insulting me calling me a liar.
A word of warning..DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMEN. She is a con artist or fraud artist and has an appropriate company name. FAKEIT.CA
If the shoe fits wear it :-)

I am going to sue her for my damages as she has to be stopped!
