Rollies.com
Will take money but not send product beware Vancouver internet

On 2/28/2008 I made an online purchase at rollies.com and was told my order would take 2-5 weeks for delivery, unfortunately it's been 4 months and I can't even get a response from anyone regarding my order. this site was quick to secure it's funds (within 24 hours) I have sent nearly 10 emails and inquiries with no response. So buyers beware. I would use another site for any purchases. The website claims it gives no refunds, to prevent ordering problems. How can that be? they can keep my money without fulfilling the order? doesn't seem right to me
