Beware rollies.com ripped me off!

I ordered a pollen sifter box and a plastic tray from this site mid november.i to date have recieved nothing, i have sent emails called them and get a lame machine or it just rings forever.i go to rollies site and it says my order has been paid for and also says it hasnt shipped, its been over 5 weeks! i am left feeling ripped off! this is the worst internet buying experiance of my life and would recomend to anyone thinking of buying from these people to think twice before doing so! i am calling my bank tommorow to see if they can get my money back for me.
