CAUTION... SCAM! They take your money and don't call back!

When we first contacted Grant Resources of America / Small Business Funding we were told we qualified for over $500, 000 in Grant Money. We were also told we would have $100, 000 GUARANTEED in grant money within ONE Year's time or we would receive a full refund. We paid a $2, 600 deposit. They were so confident they'd get us the grant money that the balance due would come out of the guaranteed $100, 000.

Almost immediately after sending the check we had trouble getting ANYONE to answer questions or update us on the progress of our grant. We filled out lots papers and sent them off to them.

After FIVE months of hearing nothing and leaving endless message, we were told they had completed our research and we would be moving on to the next phase. After another FIVE MORE month of hearing nothing I was told we were again going to go through research again. What happened to the first set of research?

It has almost been ONE year since my first contact with SBF & GROA and still nothing. NO contact from SBF, NO letters from potiential grants sources, NO returned phone calls, NO $100, 000 that was guaranteed and to date NO refund.

BEWARE! I feel lucky that I didn't fall victim to the UP SELL! They tried, but I passed on their additional services. Perhaps that's why I haven't heard from them...
