$298.00 withdrawn from my account and no services provided

I applied online for a grant and was later called by this company and told that I was garentteed to get it and I only need to give them a processing fee 0f $298.00 and they were sending out the paper work and it would be there in 10 - 14 days. They said it would only take 6 weeks to get the grant. 14 days had passed and the paper work still had not arrived but the money had cleared out of my account. After three phone calls i finally got to speak to a live person and they we'er sending a new via UPS. when it finally arrived the cd they had sent me didn't work and there we'er no directions on how to fill it out. agin it took three or four phone calls to speak to a live person. they set up an appointment to speak to a grant specialist that didnt call. calling back to find out why i wasmeet with rudeness and they agin set up another appointment. this time she called but not at the time arranged. This call proved to be pointless. I recieved no help. I had then decied that i was no longer interessed in this progam so i attempted to get my money back which i was promised if i didnt want the grant or didnt recieve it. amd had not had any luck. This process was started in Feb. 2005 and it is now july 2005.
