Company Rips Off Janitorial Company

Have you ever felt sick about a father and son company. Well this is the one they claim they are one of the biggest companies out there and talk bad about there competitors (it shows how desperate they are).

Last Month my company went and purchased Buckeye products from them they were Castle Guard and S.W.A.T which was fine the son sold it to my boss.

We went over to do the commercial outlet mall and after putting down the wax we noticed it had bubbles, and had a very foul smell so we stayed there to see if the smell would go away after it dried.

It dried and nothing happened (the smell was still there) the smell was stronger then a skunk almost the same smell, I decided to contact Scott's Father he didn't want to come to the phone and he put his son (that is so f****** full of him self (what a idiot) anyways thats besides the point.

I spoke with Scott (a**wipe we call him at our HQ) In Toronto and told him what was wrong with the mall floors, he told me in plain english maybe the workers you have are latin and don't know how to read (and laughed it off).

I got very upset about his comment and told him that our intentions now is to strip the whole mall again and not to purchase from him again.. We are out $1, 050.00 plus labor at $18.00 per hour a total of 5 hours each 6 men ($540.00) thats our cost only.

If anyone hears from this company or gets a flyer becareful with them... sometimes you feel like your other supplier has worse products this company has the worst products and customer service.
