Scams You Takes your order, bills your CC, you dont hear from them unless you email each day so then yu can get a fake Canandian Post tracking # which will be invalid

I can't stop thinking about how DVDDonkey.com can get away with the scam they and fraud they are running. I thought it was only me until I researched and saw how many others had the exact thing done to them.

I place an order b4 Xmas for a boxed set of DVDs. They billed my Credit card in Dec. 07. It's now April 08 and I still dont have the product or a credit. First they tell you its back-ordered. Wait a month or two. Then they send you a tracking # for Canadian post- sounds like a resolution- behold--that # won't even exist in the system- it's a fake.

Their contact tele. number is never functional-never! I've tried so many times. Once a person answered one of my many emails, asked me for the order 3 which I anxiously sent back ASAP with all the details. never heard from them again. I'm out of USD150. and steaming mad. Something must be done!
