Dishonest and Unreliable

I contracted Exclusive Cleaning Co. to complete a clean in my home and was convinced by the owner, Susan Kamuti, that this was a professional company with no complaints ever by anyone. We discussed a price and the work that was to be done and she charged me $174 plus GST (this included an extra $25 because I have a pet). The day of the clean came and my security system logged them into my home at 8:23 and out at 9:11. When I got home the place was not properly cleaned and I called and asked Susan about this. Susan is not the most honest person I have had to deal with and she does not stand by her Satisfaction Guaranteed statement. I would not recommend her to anyone for any cleaning services. She kept talking to me though and told me she would review my complaints that the floors were not properly cleaned, the kitchen cubboards were not cleaned, the TV stand was not cleaned, etc. The following is an example of how Susan Kamuti treats customers:

YOU WERE TOLD THERE WERE PETS AND THAT IS WHY YOU HAD ME PAY AN EXTRA $25 FOR CLEANING. SERVICES WERE NOT SATISFACTORY BECAUSE NO CLEANING WAS DONE AROUND THE SOFA AND CHAIR IN THE FRONT ROOM AND THE FLOOR IN THE FRONT ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. THE TV STAND WAS NOT CLEANED AND I AM NOT SATISFIED.
