They won't refund on an order I made that they did not ship

This company refuses to provide their physical address, after ordering an item from them for a substantial amount they first offered excuses about so called shipping delays, then stated they actually shipped my order.

When I contacted them, they say that "due to problems they have been having with their shipping system they did not ship my order" even after they told me that they did ship some time ago!

I asked for a full refund, and guess what, they now say that their credit card facilities have been blocked by their own bank. This should say something.

Does anyone have their physical address as I intend to file a complaint with the Canadian Police Service.
