Your Auto Sold To good to be true, and isn't

I had my car in the auto trader when i recieved a phone call from a representative with Your Auto Sold Corp. He asked if my car was still for sale and then asked whether i was interested in him selling me vehicle for me. He then stated he already had client that was approved for a $8000 dollar loan and was interested in my vehicle. For a one time fee of $120 dollars plus GST (0.06%) in alberta I would get a ad on their website, plus have their inspector come and look at my vehicle to make sure it was in the condition had i stated because they offer a warranty to their purchase clients. After I had giving him my card number, he stated I would get a receipt in my email and a log in password to log in and add pictures to my car. After a few days I had no emails from them and i checked my card statement and they had charged me $316.94 which i calculated as 299 plus GST. I tried to call them over and over again during their business hours and all i got was a message saying this voicemail is full you cannot leave a message. So i tried emails which i never got a response to.
I called my Card provider so i could dispute this claim. I had the charge taken off my card due to getting no service from this company. Which i found out later was only a temporary credit until it was cleared up. I paid for an ad on their site. Which there is a car similiar to mine but with a wrong name on it. So how do i know its mine? No real proof that this is my car. I never recieve an email to be able to add pictures on my car. He also stated on the phone their was a person interested in my car and wanted to take a look, Which seems like false advertising to me because there was not. You cannot contact the company to get a reciept or log in to change your car profile. And they overcharged my card to what i was quoted. Great service if you ask me. Then a few months later i got the charge put back on my card on the date of Dec 4, 2007. I called my card provider to ask what was happening and they said that the company had provided proof that i agreed to this charge so the charge was reinstated. What proof would they have had? A verbal agreement? A written document without a signature? How is that proof. I know if a cop gives you a ticket and spells your name wrong or doesn't get you to sign the ticket it is wrong out in court. It seems to me that all they have is a piece of paper written by them saying i agreed to the charge of $316.94 which i did not.
If this is all it takes to have a company seem legit and make money off of it why aren't we all rich? They don't provide the service they is stated and get away with overcharging? It seems a little weird that the only time this company accually contacts anyone is when the card company take money out of their pockets and to make sure the charge is put back on. For any customer service they won't pick up the phone. And yes what proof do i have. I do not have a receipt. Due to my fault? No.
Then i remembered they also told me that they have a 60 money back guarantee. So i went to their website once more. Another suprise. The link that they have to get your money back on there home page goes to some online Kanetic Insurance qoute. Not to a page to get your money back? How is this company getting away with this? People get these phone calls make it sound like a good deal specially if there is someone already interested in your car and then none of it is true. I want to make it clear to people that if you advertise things like the auto trader and get phone calls from people with these deals to sell your car to not take them. They are rip offs and now i am left with paying this extra money which i shouldn't be.
