The old bait and switch

The company claims they have been in business for 60 years. The person who came to our house and gave us a quote was 50 ish and talked with experience. So we hired them to refinish our hardwood floors. What we got was a couple of 18 y/o kids who spent most of the time at our home swearing and joking around. They made a mess in the house and told us we couldn't walk on our floors for 3 days. The owner of the company later said that was a mistake. When they were done the floor looked awful! We ended up agreeing to pay more to have it refinished again (I know, bad move - the owner is a smooth taking scam artist and were gullable).

Never deal with this company.
