Eat up the money: not a single service or call after receiving money ripoff

I paid $ 1325.00 on July 27/2006 for the employment service, after getting a call for interview from Career Corporation limited (employment agency). They told client like me get the job / job interviews in about 3 months.

Till today Aug 27/2007, I did not receive anything from them, not a single call or interview. It seems they are fraud. How to collect the money back? please advise.
