Oil Careers, Strategic Ecomm Inc., Matt Holiva ripoff! Fraudulant service!

I purchased a career package Sept 16, 2003 from Matt Holiva and was "guaranteed employment or your money back". Matt has yet to show me proof that he has done the service for me that he has promised I paid this person/company $597.00 USD to fulfill a service to me and I have not had any companies call me for interviews or respond in any way.

I feel I am a victim of fraud from this person. I have called my credit card company and they say that because it's longer then 90 days I am out of luck. I feel there has to be something I can do to get my money back I never found out about this scam until just recently. I would like to know how to go about getting my refund and having something done to this person that he can not continue his illegal practice.

It's unfair that he should be allowed to advertise a service and take our hard earned money from our families and all I was trying to do was get a better job for my family and this guy stole it from us. It's not right its not fair. He needs to be stopped
