I was sent a check in the mail in the amount of $2996.90, supposedly for an international clearance fee. The fee was for the lump sum I was supposed to receive after cashing the check and sending it to them.

In the letter it also stated that i was to "keep this award from public notice until your claim has been processed, and money remitted to your account". The total amount I was to receive was $115, 500.00 minus $7, 854.00 (6.8% Sponsor's Commission).

Richard Owens is the agent I was supposed to send the money to. I was to claim my prize money no later than October 23, 2006 and to contact the agent for authorizatiion and activation of the check.

They don't answer the phone when you call. You just get an answering service telling you to leave your name and number and they'll call you back.
