Ripoff DID NOT deliver on time IMPORTANT documents 9 days late-supposed to be 2 day shipping EXPRESS

Very dissapointed and will never use Canada post Services again! They supposed to deliver my mail containing very important documents whithin 2 days to Vegreville, AB.I paid for their fastest service available which is Priority shipping. It took 9 days to deliver the mail and when I called the company about the problem I got no answer, why the shipping took so long? Human error!..No thanks!

I lost thousends of dollars because of them and can't even describe the stress I'm going through right now.
I'm going to file lawsuit against them because I will not tolerate such service.
