I received this letter with a Cashier's Check of $3, 860.00, a week ago from Andrea Rose of South River Management and Payment Inc.

" Subject Funds Enclosed:

Following the second and final notice that was sent to you, we have secured for you through one of our financial sponsors, the required amount you need to pay for all service charges, involving your recent winning notification, saving you the trouble of trying to raise the necessary amount required.

In reference to the above numbers, the total payout to you is 120, 000.00 of 3, 000, 000 divided between twenty-five winners, less all-deductible fees involved. This amount of 120, 000 will be remitted to you by a bank draft, to you as soon as soon as the chargeable fees and process are completed. A one-time Bank Draft Payment or remittance will be made to you or your account within 72 hours, the official time line legally required for settlements.

We have enclosed a Cashier's Check for the amount of $3, 860.00 as arranged with our client care representative, which is a percentage surcharge required to be paid for the processing and surcharges associated with the disbursement of your funds to you.
