I placed order 18 days ago, charged card next day, no response to today Quebec Quebec, canada

I ordered last dec 18th, two figures from NECA company on toyglobe.com. They charged the payment on my credit card VISA, on dec 19th, but never sent my package. Im still waiting for response, but nothing happened. The problem is not the delay of the arrivement of my order (I live in Argentina), but its not correct CHARGE THE PAYMENT and, 18 days later still waiting for the shipping. The point is..if u charge the card, u sent it as soon is possible.

Only I want to know is a response of anyone of TOYGLOBE, to confirm me what happened. In 5 days I will be pay my credit card VISA us$104 for something that I did not receive yet...
