Product not delivered, no contact, no response, RIPOFF in

I ordered on the ToyGlobe site 12/20/05 at 9:50am. The cutoff for Christmas delivery was 10:00am. My credit card was also charged the cost plus shipping and insurance at 9:40am, 12/20/05. While I realize this was close to the deadline, we still have not receive our order or any response from numerous email communication attempts.

ToyGlobe web site offers no telephone communication. I have sent dozens of emails using the online form on the ToyGlobe web site. Other than the auto-reply received message that promisses a response within 2 days, I have received nothing.

My junk mail blocker has not blocked any messages from ToyGlobe. I am simply not receiving anything and wonder if this company is real or are they ripping off unsuspecting customers worldwide? This is very disturbing after years of successful online purchasing.
A complaint was filed with the IFCC on 1/03/06 and my banking company. I have 24 hours to recind.
