Creating a completly embaressing card, no quality control, customer service is horrific, and we were forced to wait for almost 3 weeks to obtain our cards, ripoff. Vancouve

We requested our business cards be printed with varnish and a diecut - they were printed with a emboss when we had not requested it. The emboss had our name written backwards and was printed over top of the image on the back of our cards, making the image hard to decipher and creating a completly embaressing card.

In addition to that we were forced to wait for almost 3 weeks to obtain our cards. They never called notify us, we were forced to continually follow up with them for an ETA.

Also, we feel that this company obviously has no quality control as this sort of thing was very obvious. Their online 'proofing system' via email is obviously worthless to see if something is 3d.

Additionally, their customer service is horrific and good luck getting anyone their to call you back when you have a problem.

Please save yourself the stress. We found another dealer in the same area that prints with the same stock and for the same price. Their name is (competitor's name deleted - see below) and so far they have been much better to deal with.

An unhappy customer afraid of retaliation.
