What a disappointment! We just got engaged a few weeks ago so I thought it'd be cute to send him flowers to his office... well, they never came! I've tried calling the 888 number for the past 3 days and all I get is a recording stating "heavy call volume". None of my emails have been answered, nor is there a "live chat" feature on the website as their recording states. These people are phony thieves taking advantage of innocent people that just want to send some flowers! This isn't over!!!
