Ripoff, terrible customer service

This florists company falsely states their delivery policies and when i called them to resolve the problem, the customer service personnel was very rude and hung up the phone on me. They refused to give me a refund after the flowers i ordered had not been delivered five days later. They also refused to connect me to a manager or supervisor. I have used several online flower business but never been treated so badly and humiliated.
