Ripoff ordered by mail amplifier called CLEAR VUE check passed into my bank consumer fraud ripoff

Ipoff- I ordered by mail on the 4th of september 2002 an amplifier called CLEAR VUE. My check of 41.29$ passed into my bank on September 10th 2002. I called once after several attempts at 1-888-550-9811 to know about my order. They told me that they were out of stock and I received a note from tem that the shipment will be delayed about christmas time and before new year... since then nothing appened and no answer to the aboved phone number!
