Microcell Solutions "Causing more problems than Solutions"

I didn't initally come to this site to write a complaint but rather to check out a few companies, but to my surprise I find other unsatisfied customers of the infamous 'FIDO'. My problem with Fido was both incorrect billing errors and even more incorrect representatives for the company. I don't want to wash all the reps with a bad rap, although the majority of the ones I conversed with were not very helpful. I put blame on the company for hiring such uncaring, unprofessional workers with little, if any, real power to help out a CUSTOMER when a REAL problem arises. They are quite quik to get their payment from you, but show little concern for you when you are unsatisfied. I myself have worked in the customer service indusry for 5 years and would never deal with a CUSTOMER with such little integrity, knowing that if it wasn't for the CUSTOMER I wouldn't have a job.
