The exercise equipment purchased just over a year ago from Fitness Depot broke down. No problem, because it's under an extended warranty purchased at the time of sale, right? 5 months later and many many phone calls and emails and the piece of exercise equipment still has not been fixed. I finally got a technician in for the second time a month ago, and this time the wrong piece to fix it was ordered. I waited several more weeks, phoned them again many times, and a month later I finally get a return call telling me the correct piece to fix it can't be ordered until they have the SN from the machine. So I give that to them and now I wait again. Can't wait to see what the next excuse is.

Do NOT buy from Fitness Depot and expect any kind of service when you need it.
