Fraud at Loblaws

Hello,
have been in a hospital in Montreal for a year and a fraud has been committed at Loblaws or one of its representative which I do not even know about apart that my bank account has been charged twice for 2 different transactions in the same day.
None of your client services phone number is trying to help, hiding information and not even asking me about who I was.
How do I do and who to contactto have more information on this problem
