Scam, Fake

I chatted with an Alibaba agent on Dec 5/25 regarding a full refund application I have filed to Alibaba supplier Guangzhou Fengwangfa Technology Co., Ltd. dated Dec 3/25. This supplier seems to have given me a refund rejection after 2 days, then blocked me from any negotiations/contacts thereafter despite according to the superficial Alibaba's own 30-day " dispute refund management" system, I could supposed voice out to the supplier in terms of providing more information & negotiating. In my case here, Guangzhou Fengwangfa Technology Co., Ltd. has acted like a total irrational dictator & their proposal is final & non-negotiable. (see also my separate post dated Dec 6/25 for lots more details).

The following is part of my hour long online chat regarding Guangzhou Fengwangfa Technology Co., Ltd.'s unreasonable & shutting off communication with a first time customer (AND LAST!!!)

Different suppliers have different behaviors, but the same thing is that Alibaba platform will always protect you

why my responses not accepted when I chicked the decline button, edited my application & refund info & saved 3 times?

Because the seller clicked the reject button

i just tried clicking the alibaba mediate button & it said alibaba cannot mediate

i tried message the supplier, the send button seems disabled

We suggest that you change the reason for the refund. Because the current reason is related to customs clearance, you are responsible for customs clearance for this order
