No payout for all my efforts & time completing surveys at Maru Voice

I am sharing a few recent examples of my fully answered, completed & submitted surveys that I engaged at Maru Voice & DID NOT RECEIVE THE PROMISED POINTS.

So much of my time wasted & probably someone did not find my honest opinions (often not so positive)/answers to their liking, consequently, my complaints were mostly answered as their system did not show my survey completion or simply got no response whatsoever.

No payout completed survey #1:

"I fully completed & submitted this 8 min mcdonald survey # 45776579 204-211 pm EST Nov 28/25 & the 80 points is not received "

No payout completed survey #2:

"I believe I have completed this 5 min Hentz mayo survey# 33aa76e0 just now 801-806 am EST Nov 20/25 yet the 25 points were not received & I was directed to seemingly another new survey. Is this not another cheating?"

I fully completed & submitted this food insecurity survey #7552237 1209-16pm EST Nov 20/25 & the 100 points still not received after over 30 minutes now."

Auto email reply from Maru Voice dated Nov 20/25 & no more response further for over 2 weeks now:

"Your request (1000330766) has been received. Our Support staff will review your request within the next few business days. To add additional comments, reply to this email."

No payout completed survey #4:

"I believe I have completed this travel sites survey# 45009086 just now 127-133pm EST Nov 2/25 yet the 25 points were not received & I was redirected to another 15 min survey"
