Martin Arike does not pay rent to live at his victims houses. Disguised as an architect Martin infiltrated his way into the Muskokas manipulating people to believe he is a successful aspiring house designer. What in fact was and still is the truth, is that Martin is on Welfare. He also has been evicted from a half dozen houses in the area for non payment of rent. Because the system has been tailored in favor of tenants rights there are massive loop holes people like Martin Arike can exploit to live a pretty much rent free existence in other peoples life time investments. It took me and my wife a total of half a year and $10, 000.00 in lost revenue and expenses before a court order and sheriff kicked this bum to the curb. Be fore warned! All his assets are in other peoples names. He is worth nothing on paper and therefore even judgments against this master manipulator are useless. I hope vocalizing our misfortune will help the potential victims of this man to steer clear. I hope he changes his ways but as of yet he is out there waiting to repeat this process with no shame or remorse. Shame on you martin Arike.
