I have been to a few modelling agencies, they do not require you to pay anything upfront if you have a potential. This is a warning for all beginner models out there, if an agency pressures you into payment for a photo-shoot, classes or comp cards, they probably are running a scam. Once they get your money, you will never hear back from them.
