Ro[pff Internet Fraud Stole Money False Advertising

My sister ordered two copies of the Family Ties Series. We did not realize that these were just copied directly from the TV nor illegal.

Her credit card was charged March 1st and on March 19th, she received an email telling her that she would not receive her product since her order had been denied. We tried calling and contacting the company and were told over and over again that we "had to submit a copy of her credit card statement" in order for her to get her merchandise.

She contacted her credit card company and is pursuing a refund.

The company is a FRAUD!!! STAY AWAY!!!
