Failure to delive

In June of 2011 I bought 20 tickets for the London Olympics through Euroteam. My credit card was charged immediately. We planned an entire family trip from Canada to England around the Olympics. Despite promises of delivery right up to the last minute we never got a single ticket. Despite countless phone calls and emails I have had no response from Euroteam. They sent a mass email promising a refund in accordance with their terms and conditions, whatever that means, but I have not heard from them since. Plesae don't buy anything from them. This site should be shut down immediately.
