Rude & Unprofessional, misleading AD

Place promenade advertises all these great things like use of sauna, pool in summer, work out room, security.

ALL UNTRUE, NONE OF THESE ITEMS ARE OFFERED OR WORKING PROPERLY, EXCEPT TANNING BED, only because the property manager tans.

They have posting in rental magazines and on line these great extras, for the price they are charging for rent of these 20 sum year old building, they expect and care less

I have seen first hand office management personel first hand change computer info to make the books look good, so that owner of property did'nt shut down

the building it self is over 20 years old with minumal up keep or upgrade, smell of mold and effects seen and covered up can been seen.

water damage from years and years of rain can be seen, and clean up minimal

Office workers: dressed like cheap hookers or pretty close, short skirts and revieling tops by property manager and accountant finance person, tenant relations Lady is rude short tempered, and yells at customers when too streesed out. Leasing office is the only proper person working amongst them

Bad to to live period, they only care about teh money coming to pay the morgage and other key bills cause they live month to month... nothing else... no money to improve on
