Unauthorized MC transactions

(1) I would like to complain about this government grant site using an ad of our Canadian prime minister holding up a grant cheque of $11, 668 which cons Canadians into thinking this is a Canadian Govt. grant which it is not. I ordered on Feb. 27/09.

(2) a small charge was agreed to in order to receive the kit. After the kit was received, if I approved of it; it was agreed that $39.95 US funds would be paid... I am still waiting for the kit and before I got this thing cancelled my credit card was charged 3x.

(3) without my approval they charged me $6.95 per month Fraud Protection & $9.95 US Funds for Identity protection.

(4) when I phoned to cancel they told me it was "an on line thing only, nothing was mailed out"... but others read the information the same way I did.
