Unauthorized credit card charge

I ordered the Government Grant Kit from Grant Web Series. It was to bill my credit card $2.97 only. I was also charged an additional $58.07. This is a scam as they were not authorized by me for this amount and the logins to get the kit I actually paid for does not work. These people need to be caught and charged. They have a customer support # 866-978-1126, but Nobody answers. I have read alot of complaints about this company. Why hasn't this scam been reported to the authorities? They need to be held accountable for the money they are STEALING from unsuspecting consumers.
