I am constantly being accosted by a Canada Post Letter Carrier. He stops by my apartment when he has no packages, asks me out, and even asks to use my washroom!!! He even holds onto my packages when I am not at home instead of leaving a pick up notice and delivers when I am at home. What can I do and what can I expect to have resolved? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I had a confrontation with him already demanding that he leave me alone and am now worried that I won't receive my packages. This is troublesome as I order quite a bit online. Help Please?
