Scam and fraud

Politics & Government

I went online to get a government grant to pay off credit card debts. On Sept. 24, 2012 they took $2.97 and on Sept. 25, 2012 they took another $57.95 from my account without getting authorization for this. I am reporting this as a scam. I was wondering if it is possible to get my money back or if I've just lost that money. I tried to email them on the email that they sent me and the email was rejected as not valid.
