Chatr AI Blocks customers from live agents for help

I called Chatr customer service last night & was totally annoyed & being highly frustrated by this AI machine that stopped me from talking to a live agent (IF THEY STILL IN PLACE & NOT BEING ALL REPLACED BY AI !!) multiple times however I tried. Furthermore, this AI kept SMS me with links to do whatever non-stop when I kept trying different ways to overrode this non-smart AI acting like a firewall blocking Chatr customers from accessing a live agent.
The last time I called Chatr about 3 year ago, I was still able to speak to someone live. I do not use or have access to a lot of technology. I still prefer a more traditional way of communication, person to person & will always bet on my luck if I will get an incompetent, lousy or more capable & friendly person to help me.
My personal experience with AI, whatever voice, biometric, face, fingerprint recognition technology is quite unpleasant & negative. I find all these are very much user unfriendly, frustrating, annoying, unnecessary in addition to costly to all of us with high risks of potential hacker invasion or similar attacks.
