Kicked person out at -25 with no jacket

My cousin went to Union hall last night (feburary 9 2011) we was kicked out for what ever reason... but they did so and did not allow her to get her jacket. it was -25 and im sure wind. she could have frooze to death. the police did nothing to hell... this is not the first time i was disappointed with union hall. my friend got kicked out because he was pushed they thoughthe was to drunk he was push... i feel like union hall should be shut down it is not a very good club. its run poorly.
